• All our products are 100% pure cashmere, Made in Scotland and sourced directly from the mills in and around Hawick, the "cashmere capital of the world" (as well as my birthplace, where I spent my entire childhood and early adulthood!). Hawick's a great little town where everyone is completely and utterly passionate about cashmere.
• Payment
• We use Paypal for payments on the site to make sure your payments are secure. Paypal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the Internet. And remember, you don't need a Paypal account, just choose the card payment option at the checkout. If you want to pay by cheque, you can - just drop us an email and we'll give you the details.
• Postage
• We don't charge for postage. We believe in knowing what you're going to pay before you get to the checkout. All orders are posted within 24 hours of receipt except Saturday orders which are sent on a Monday.
• We knit to order
• If you don't see what you want, tell us and we'll have it knitted for you.
• Giving a gift?
• We love getting gifts, so all our cashmere is sent out stylishly wrapped.
• Returns
• If you buy something and don't like it or change your mind about it, send it back to us within 10 days of receipt (unworn and in its original condition) and we'll give you a refund. (Sorry, but we can't pick up the bill for return postage, except in the unlikely event that you find the goods to be faulty).
• Our 2nd items
• From time to time we sell things that we consider of "second" quality. That's to say, not perfect, by our standards. When we do this, it is always clearly marked on the product information on the site. We give a summary of what we consider the fault to be on the product page. If you are interested in buying one of our 2nd products, we'll happily email you photos of the fault or describe it in more detail so you are sure before you make your purchase. Sales of 2nd quality goods are final and we cannot accept returns on these products - so if in doubt, contact us.
• Colours
• We make loads of effort to make sure that the colour you see on the screen is as close as possible to the actual colour of the item. However, we are very aware that colours vary from computer to computer. If you're in any doubt about the colour of an item, drop us an email us or phone us for more info.

• We welcome enquiries from people who may be interested in selling or stocking cashmere. Email or phone us and we can chat through the opportunities.
• Box parties and private sales
